Research On The Campus Reconstruction Design Under The Intensive Theory

In order to better implement the modern education policy and meet the needs of modern education,most colleges and universities in China are facing the needs of campus expansion and internal adjustment to varying degrees.As one of the effective ways of campus development and construction,the greatest benefit of campus reconstruction lies in the efficient development and utilization of the existing resources of campus,the continuation of the historical context of campus and the protection of campus culture.As an important part of contemporary university campus planning and construction,campus reconstruction is an important part of sustainable development of university campus.In recent years,the Ministry of education has issued a number of documents on the construction of intensive and economical campus.It is clearly pointed out that the administrative department of education should do a good job in the planning and management of all kinds of school building construction land,cherish the campus land resources,and use the campus land scientifically and reasonably.This is to standardize and restrict the campus planning and construction activities from the perspective of policies and regulations.It is clear that the transformation of university campus should be guided by the scientific concept of development,with the improvement of the utilization rate of campus land resources as the core,and set up guidelines for the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly university campus.Intensive development is a scientific development and sustainable development.Applying the concept of intensive development to guide the transformation of university campus can not only promote the benign transformation of the development mode of university campus,but also realize the sustainable development of campus and the inevitable choice of building an economical campus.Based on the social,economic,cultural and other factors in China,this paper puts forward the research on the campus reconstruction design under the intensive theory,summarizes the influencing factors and problems in the planning and construction of the campus reconstruction in China,and puts forward the intensive design strategy of the campus reconstruction through the analysis of the connotation of the intensive theory and the research on the intensive theory.Taking the Hudong campus reconstruction project of Changchun Institute of engineering as an example,according to the general situation of the project and the current situation of the campus,this paper defines the reconstruction ideas,establishes the intensive design framework of the Hudong campus reconstruction,and applies the intensive design method to the reconstruction project.To sum up,this paper studies the university campus transformation from the perspective of intensification.The focus of the research is to build an intensive design framework,put forward specific and feasible intensive design strategies at the technical level,explore new ideas of university campus transformation,and build an intensive development goal of university campus transformation.In order to give some hints on the intensive design of campus transformation in China.
