In recent years,under the background of the accelerated urbanization construction process in China,the application of BIM technology in the construction industry has become increasingly widespread,while the research work and results of BIM technology in the field of foundation pit engineering are relatively small.As foundation pit engineering gradually moves to a state of ultra-deep,large and complicated surrounding environment,the traditional construction mode of foundation pit engineering can no longer meet the actual needs,and BIM technology can turn the traditional two-dimensional design expression into three-dimensional visualization and automatic statistics Project quantities can replace traditional manual calculations to achieve precise calculations,as well as many features such as synergy,dynamics,and construction simulation,which greatly enhance the design and construction management of foundation pit engineering.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:1?Analyze the research status of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering at home and abroad,point out the disadvantages existing in the construction of traditional foundation pit engineering,and put forward the necessity of applying BIM technology in foundation pit engineering.2?Analyze the relevant theories of BIM technology,and analyze the practical application software of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering,point out the advantages and disadvantages of BIM software application,and determine the main software used in this paper.3?In-depth research and analysis of key technical issues of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering,through the research and analysis of technical points such as collision inspection,drawing review,visual crossover,engineering quantity statistics,and construction dynamic simulation,etc.,summarized The application law and characteristics of BIM technology.4?Taking an actual foundation pit project in Zhengzhou as the research object,firstly use Revit to establish a three-dimensional model of the foundation pit envelope structure,and conduct in-depth research and analysis on the information model of the foundation pit project.Secondly,use Revit software to analyze The construction volume of the foundation pit project is counted,visualized and the construction resources are allocated,and the construction schedule is compiled using Microsoft Project.Finally,Navisworks was used to integrate the information to carry out collision inspection and optimization of the retaining structure of the foundation pit project,and realized the construction dynamic simulation of the foundation pit project,and completed the quantitative control of the construction progress.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in actual foundation pit engineering is studied,and the characteristics of the actual application process are summarized.The application operation process of BIM technology in foundation pit engineering is formed.Play a role of reference and application for reference.
