Research On Risk Management Of EPC Project In Oversea Power Engineering

Faced with the prospect of limited domestic infrastructure market growth,China Power Enterprise take advantage of the opportunities offered by "one belt,one road"(OBOR),and train their sights and energies on foreign markets.And make the most of industry chain superior from the group integrates,"go-global" and proactively participate in the international project contract market.To help the Chinese national enterprises survived the competition from international markets,and get a share from overseas power EPC markets,China's electric enterprises is to integrate theory with practice,combined the enterprise's actual situation with risk research,for the purpose of boost the capability of encountering risks and enhance the comprehensive management capabilities.The ZDJ power plant EPC project,is the subject matter of this study.The success bided of this project,means both opportunities and challenges to Chinese power contractors.In order to ensure the successful carry out of the ZDJ power plant EPC project,an in-depth analysis is given to the risk types,risk attributes.The article identify the 6 big kinds and 18 risk factors of this project,including political environment risk,natural environment risk,economic environment risk,project exploitation risk,project performance risk and contractor's self-capacity building risk.After identifying the risk of the project,the possibility and impact matrix method has been used to structure a risk matrix model for ZDJ power plant EPC project for analyzing these risk factors base on the project factual situation.Then the article classifies 18 risk factors into three risky levels according to the severity of the risk,and provides the corresponding improving suggestion and on how to monitor and respond to the risks.Based on the previous analysis,and combined with the actual ZDJ power plant EPC project,this article brings risk response strategies and risk control methods for the classified risk factors:rearrange the organization structure for ZDJ power plant EPC project,and through optimizing the technical line and business lines,to improve the project risk management ability,and guarantee the project smooth progress.
