With the advancement of technology,the automotive industry has been greatly developed,especially the acceleration and speed of the car have been greatly improved.Ordinary family cars generally increase the speed to 100 km/h or even faster within 1 5 s.Electric vehicles generally have higher accelerations.For example,the newly produced the es8 of Weilai electric vehicle can increase the driving speed to 100 km/s within 5 s.Higher accelerations and driving speeds place higher demands on the driving safety performance of the car.The brake system of a car is crucial,and its reliability will directly determine the safety of the car.Therefore,research and optimization of the structure and performance of automotive brakes is of great significance to the improvement of vehicle safety and the transformation of the automotive industry.This paper first briefly introduces the background and research significance of the topic,and elaborates on the automobile industry revolution and the development history of the brakes.Then,for this research topic,determine the detailed vehicle parameters,calculate and analyze the braking part according to the vehicle parameters,and determine the basic parameters and scheme of the brake.According to the selected scheme,the brake is re-verified from the angle of the brake,and the mismatch is re-modified.After the determination,the SolidWorks 3D modeling software is used for modeling,and the modeling software is used to confirm whether the interference is performed.The position where the interference occurs is subjected to the mold analysis,and then the relevant 2D drawings are drawn.When the solution is determined,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the modeled brake,and the results of the analysis are appropriately improved.After the product assembly is completed,it is verified whether the torque requirement of the running brake can be met.In addition to the vehicle experiment the key items of the brake(low hydraulic leakage performance,high hydraulic leakage performance,drag torque,bench experiment and piston performance)were experimented and analyzed according to the experiment results.Improve the items that do not meet the requirements.Experiment brake after the improvement,and experiment the vehicle after passing the experiment.This study cuts in from the specific model,designs and verifies the brakes,and analyzes the brakes using 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software.After the analysis,various performance experiments are used to ensure that the brakes meet the performance requirements and data.The analysis and improvement provide the ideas and practices for the development of brakes in China,and have practical significance for the research of brakes and the development of the industry.
