| In the 21st century, the consciousness of environmental protection is strengthened day by day, the car not only meets the demands such as high-speed, heavily loaded, safe, reliable, comfortable, operated easily, but also low noise . As one important part of the car noise, the brake noise has become an important problem that is a strong common view and demanding to prompt solution by auto companies and even whole society to study.By consulting the abroad research literatures on disc brake noise broadly, Know the research method of disc brake noise, main achievements and main problem that existing. By using CAD/CAE technique do the research on some disc brake noise. First, applying CAD software UG and CAE software MSC.Patran/Nastran build the finite element model of disc brake, and also analyze it's vibration properties. Second, by modal experiment, the internal characteristic of chief parts has been gotten, and has verified and corrected the finite element model by the test results.Third, the braking noise and vibration signals of the disc brake in various behaviours have been tested by bench test. According to analysis technology, it has carried on corresponding spectrum analysis and coherent analysis to research the causal relation between vibration signals and noise signals. And finally, putting forword and even making structure modification,modal analysis on disc brake. Cacaulation results identified that the structure amplitude of the modified parts is obviously lower than unmodified.It is an effective way to reduce bake noise that using modal analysis and structure modification method reducing brake structure amplitude .Comparing with traditional and single experiment method , the combination of theoretical analysis and experiment technique makes the calculation result more accurate, structure design more reasonable, and provide with reference for the design and improvement of the disc brake production. |
