With the rapid development of global economic integration,the market competition at home and abroad is becoming increasingly fierce in the current market,Under the environment,enterprises want to maintain a higher profit margin,procurement management has become increasingly important to reduce costs and increase efficiency.The vital link of profit.Reasonable purchasing management not only has a very important impact on product quality,but also effective.Procurement management can speed up the turnover of final products,fundamentally increase the enterprise's total profit and promote enterprise resources.Better configuration;The deeper significance of purchasing management lies in the friendly cooperative relationship between suppliers,and when acquiring market change information,insight into the market change trend,in order to integrate the company's internal and external resources,as the enterprise's overall goal.The realization and the company strategy adjustment plays the positive guidance and the promotion function.This article first introduces the basic theories of supply chain procurement cost control,such as comparative advantage theory,resource allocation theory,procurement cost control methods,evolution of procurement cost control and ideas,the meaning of supply chain and supply chain management,early supplier intervention,Supply chain management methods and procurement cost control strategies in the supply chain environment.Then,taking FAW-Volkswagen Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the current status of FAW-Volkswagen's company,the current procurement organization and the current cost control methods are introduced.,Analyzed its procurement cost management issues,and found out that the lack of core suppliers and hierarchical management of parts and components,the imperfect cost and price system,the high cost of raw material procurement,the allocation of procurement resources,the use of decentralized procurement methods,and the game with Audi,etc.Problems,and carried out deep-seated reasons for these problems;on this basis,put forward the optimization countermeasures of FAW-Volkswagen's procurement cost management,combined with component attributes,using differentselection and evaluation standards;establishing reasonable cost prices System;strengthening the number of qualified suppliers System,establish core suppliers;implement hierarchical management of suppliers;use joint procurement to obtain economies of scale and reduce procurement costs;optimize the management of imported CKD molds,give up ownership and retain use rights;implement full value chain procurement and encourage proposals Reduce costs,achieve mutual benefits and win-win results between FAW-Volkswagen and suppliers,and optimize costs.
