With the continuous and rapid growth of China's economy,the number of cars in China exceeded 100 million in 2011 and 200 million in 2019,and the cars entered the households of ordinary people.With the increasingly rational consumption of cars and the increasingly intensified competition of cars,as well as the increasingly strict domestic laws and regulations,consumers pay more and more attention to the economy of cars.In this paper,we study the thing the company developed A grade A SUV models,this one flagship SUV,cost-effective city on the premise of both power performance,fuel economy is the focus of the model user,so this article with fuel economy as the optimization target to carry out the related research,on the basis of AVL_Cruise simulation software,mainly USES the DOE test design method of the power transmission system matching simulation of the SUV and optimization,the main contents are as follows:1.Summarize the current situation of the research field at home and abroad;The evaluation indexes related to dynamic performance and economy are analyzed.2.For the application of simulation software performance and fuel economy of AVL_Cruise related modules is analyzed,and the SUV vehicle simulation model is established,then the power performance,economic evaluation indexes of the proposed simulation,simulation results,finally the vehicle road and bench test,the test results compared with the results of simulation analysis,verify the correctness and rationality of the simulation model,provide the basis for subsequent optimization of power transmission system.3.Adopt the DOE test design concept,simulate the matching combination of 2 kinds of gearboxes and 4 kinds of main reducer,get the simulation result,obtain the better simulation scheme,then carry out the whole vehicle trial production according to the simulation scheme,and finally carry out the whole vehicle test verification.Through simulation calculation and real car test,the results show that the method of matching and testing the transmission system of an SUV adopted in this paper is reasonable and effective.In addition,this scheme can be applied in the early stage of development and even the planning stage,which can effectively select a reasonable transmission system for the development model,shorten the development cycle and save a lot of manpower and material resources,and greatly improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
