| On April 13,2018,the CPC central committee decided to support the whole island of Hainan to build a pilot Free Trade Zone,and support Hainan to gradually explore and steadily promote the construction of a Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristics,and to establish policies and institutions of a Free Trade Zone in stages.It is a great opportunity and challenge that policy changes for Hainan,it is also a very serious issue for the HQ corporation that how to react to policy changes,to carry on the strategic transformation actively,to embrace opportunities,and to integrate the Belt and Road policy.In this paper,first of all,analysis and forecasts the future development and the key industly of the Free Trade Port of Hainan,and then,uses PEST model to analysis HQ company extermal development environment respectively from the aspects of macro environment and industiy environment comprehensive.Using SWOT model to analysis the organization structure,enterprise culture,resources condition,value chain and the core competence of the company.lt provides practical basis for developing strategic planning and determines the eompany,s core competitiveness by eomprehensively analysing the opportunity and risk to the company,the advantages and disadvantages.Finally,according to the analysis conclusion,the HQ company strategic transformation would be sunmarized as:Focus on "three main primary business" and constructing ecological closed loop.lt means three major development which include road transport of passenger transportation,logistics&express delivery and terminal consumption management constitue main body of HQ company businesses and docking respectively the passenger flow,logistics flow and consumption flow of the Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristics of the construction of hainan province.they will form ecological core competitiveness and enterprise moat.At last,it put forward the corresponding strategy implementation measures. |
