With the rapid development of automation control,switched reluctance motor(SRM)with low energy consumption and pollution has attracted much attention.At the same time,SRM has many advantages,such as simple structure and high reliability.Therefore,it is very suitable for electric vehicles,aviation industry and other fields.However,its unique structure results in large torque ripple and noise of the SRM speed regulation system.In addition,SRM operating in harsh environments is prone to mechanical jams,overload operations and miscellaneous loads,which can damage the motor.In view of this,it is necessary to design and achieve real-time monitoring of the SRM speed control system.To construct a high-performance,easy-to-control and highly adaptable SRM speed regulation platform,which also has a wireless monitoring system,in-depth research was conducted in this paper.Firstly,based on learning the knovrledge of SRM speed control system,Lab VIEW,Wi-Fi and other related technologies,the experimental control platform with TMS320F2812 as the core is designed.It mainly consists of power converter,isolated drive circuit,voltage and current sampling circuit,rotor position sampling,temperature acquisition and wireless transmission circuits.In addition,Lab VIEW is used to programme the PC software.The torque,speed and temperature data of SRM in real operation are transmitted through the Wi-Fi communication circuit.Finally,the SRM operation status is monitored in real-time on the PC software.Finally,to verify the correctness of the SRM experimental platform built in this paper,direct torque control(DTC)algorithm was carried out.Experimental results show that the SRM speed regulation system can realize the DTC algorithm well.The torque ripple is small and the SRM operation status can be achieved real-time monitoring through the host computer.The validity and practicability of the SRM wireless monitoring and speed regulation experimental platform lay the foundation.
