Along with the continuous progress of urbanization,the fall of the planning and design industry reform and the increasingly fierce competition in the international market,China's planning and design industry has entered a critical period of transformation.On the one hand,urbanization has accelerated.The development of the central and western regions,the transformation of villages and towns,and the low-carbon ecological transformation of cities all provide a broad market for the planning and design industry.On the other hand,with the deepening of China's opening to the outside world,foreign excellent design companies in various ways to join the existing competition.It can be said that the current planning and design industry is both opportunities and challenges.Shaanxi CX Planning and Design Institute was established in 1979 and is affiliated with the Shaanxi Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department.After continuous restructuring,it is currently a comprehensive planning and design enterprise.In recent years,with the "Belt and Road" and the development strategy of the West,the Shaanxi CX Planning and Design Institute,as a large-scale comprehensive research institution with many years of planning and design experience in the central and western regions,can it clearly define its own position and development direction in the new wave of history? The further development and expansion of the scale has become an important topic for the development of the Institute under the new normal.This paper applies the knowledge and method of strategic management theory to formulate the content and technical route of the research.Five force model is used to analyze the current situation,internal environment and external environment of the CX planning and design Institute in Shaanxi province,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the research institute are analyzed by sw OT.Finally,the strategic development direction of the CX planning and design Institute in Shaanxi province is determined,and the implementation strategy is put forward.
