Since the reform and opening up,my country's economic construction has achieved world-renowned achievements after more than 40 years of rapid development.At the same time,infrastructure construction,especially the construction of transportation facilities,has also experienced explosive growth on the train of reform and opening up.However,in recent years,with the acceleration of economic globalization,the scale of production of modern enterprises has continued to expand,production and service processes have become increasingly complex,market demands have become increasingly diversified,traditional business models have become increasingly saturated in the market,and competition between organizations has become more intense.Although my country's transportation design consulting industry has developed rapidly,it has missed many market opportunities due to the large gap between the development strategy and other aspects of the Western engineering consulting industry.Therefore,in order to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise in this fiercely competitive environment,it is necessary to formulate and implement a scientific and reasonable development strategy for the enterprise according to the actual situation.This article mainly uses literature analysis method,survey method,data collation method,chart analysis method and related theories and models to carry out research on the development strategy of Henan Transportation Design Company.Analyze the external environment of the company's development at three levels: the macro environment(PEST),the industry environment,and the competitive environment(Porter's Five Forces Model),and analyze the company's basic situation,the company's internal resources,the company's core capabilities,and the company's market share.The internal environment for development.In order to analyze the opportunities and challenges the company faces in the competitive environment,as well as the company's own advantages and disadvantages.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct a weight matrix to calculate and compare the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,in this study the company's strengths are faced with a weight of 0.557,a weakness of 0.443,and an opportunity The size is 0.516,and the weight value of the challenge is 0.484.Therefore,it can be judged that the company's advantages are greater than its disadvantages,opportunities are greater than challenges,and it is in the first quadrant of the SWOT matrix.Formulate reasonable and precise development strategies for the company.These strategies include the stable development of the main business,the implementation of integrated strategies,internationalization strategies,and alliance strategies.Finally,the future development strategy was planned based on the development status of Henan Transportation Design Company.Focusing on organizational structure,cutting-edge technology,management capabilities,and information systems provide strategic guarantees for the development of Henan Transportation Design Company.
