With the increasing demand of travel,the rapid development of the driving industry and the fierce competition in the industry,the service experience has become an important factor in users' choice of designated driving.In recent years,researchers have been studying the travel service experience.On the one hand,they have explored from the qualitative point of view and the current experience problem.On the other hand,the existing research on the travel field evaluation model is related to satisfaction.For the enterprise,the new market changes rapidly and the competition is fierce.A scientific evaluation model can help enterprises quickly judge whether the service design meets the user experience requirements and improve the design plan,thereby improving existing services and constructing industry barriers.But there are few related studies.Therefore,this paper combines qualitative and quantitative research,focusing on the factors affecting user evaluation from the perspective of service experience itself,and researching its evaluation model.The research process is as follows:Firstly,through literature research,the domestic and international development status,user experience research status and evaluation methods of the designated driving industry are analyzedand summarized.Combined with the research results obtained by the teamin the early stage,the evaluation indicators affecting the experience of driving service are proposed.Using the Delphi method to conduct expert surveys,analyze and correct the indicators,and initially construct two first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and 46 evaluation indicators that affect the experience of driving services.Using the questionnaire survey method and factor analysis to reduce the original indicators,and obtain two first-level indicators including basic needs and expected needs;including professional needs,security needs,convenience needs,respect needs,autonomy needs and care 6 secondary indicators of dry demand;including the main vehicle of the car,the driver's standard operation,the driver's image,the owner's control of the itinerary,the driver's standard driving,the order form,the response speed,the owner's opinion,the right to know,the choice of service,the service attitude and The 12 three-level indicators of the ride environment complete the construction of the driver service experience rating indicators.Secondly,based on the analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs a hierarchical structure model of the performance evaluation index of the driver service.The comparison matrix of the evaluation index is constructed by the consistent matrix method,the weight value of the index is calculated,and the consistency test is performed to ensure the consistency.Judging the consistency of the matrix and completing the construction of the evaluation model of the driver service experience.According to the evaluation index level and weight,the paper analyzes the meaning of each layer of indicators and the reasons for the weights;discusses the theoretical significance and practical application value of the model.Thirdly,this paper combines the questionnaire survey method and the telephone interview method,and uses the evaluation model obtained from the research to evaluate the service experience of a certain platform,and improves the driver's professionalism,strengthens the security guarantee,optimizes the experience and convenience,and gives the user the evaluation results.Respect for the sense of respect,provide a variety of independent choice services,improve the driver and corporate culture construction,and provide suggestions for improvement on the platform's service experience.This study constructs the evaluation index and evaluation model of the driver service experience,expands the application of the analytic hierarchy process in the network car service experience evaluation,and evaluates the designated drivering service situation more comprehensively from the overall perspective.At the same time,the application of the evaluation model provides a more scientific and reliable basis for the enterprise to improve and improve the designated driving service.It helps the enterprise to understand what factors affect the service experience of the car owner and help the enterprise to quickly iterated or tested the service.
