At present, the performance evaluation of China's expressway service areas has made great progress, and relevant performance evaluation systems and methods have been introduced. However, the performance evaluation methods are mostly the target responsibility assessment method under the single evaluation subject, with the G highway service area. For example, influenced by the current system and performance evaluation methods, there are problems such as unreasonable setting of performance evaluation indicators, single evaluation subject, and insufficient use of performance evaluation results. This has caused the performance evaluation to not stimulate the status quo of employees' work spirits.Restricted the further development of the service area.In this context, after reviewing the literatures constructed by many domestic and international performance evaluation index systems, this paper adopts the prism model of stakeholders to evaluate the service area and make the evaluation subject diversified. This paper first analyzes the necessity of introducing the prism model in the G highway service area, and then analyzes the relevant stakeholders to identify five main stakeholders: operators, customers, suppliers, employees, national and local governments.Secondly, specific assessment indicators are set up from the five dimensions of “stakeholder satisfaction level”,“stakeholder contribution level”,“company strategy”,“business process” and “organizational ability” to construct a performance evaluation index system. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process is used to set the weights for the performance evaluation indicators of the G expressway service area.According to the questionnaire scores of the performance evaluation indicators and the set index weights, the performance scores of the service areas are obtained, and the existing performance evaluation questions are analyzed. The G highway service area applies the prism model to propose safeguard measures. |
