With the continuous evolution of the times and the rapid development of science and technology,most countries have developed quite mature in the transportation field.Taking the subway in the rail vehicle as an example,due to its high safety,fast riding and low pollution,it has become the preferred mode of travel for more and more people.The internal space of the subway vehicle not only condenses the social space,but also delineates the social world and becomes the representative of urban culture.Different ages,genders,occupations,religions,beliefs,different moral principles here rub,meet,collide and eventually merge into one.It is the responsibility and obligation of the designer to provide a good support system for the passengers in the subway.The support system of the subway vehicle is an important part of ensuring the reliability of the subway vehicle.The national standardization design is still blank,and there is almost no excessive.Reference material.In order to change the status quo,and also to unify and standardize the design of the gripping system of metro vehicles in China,it is very important to study the design theory of the gripping system of metro vehicles in line with China's national conditions.This paper starts with the support system of each line of subways in Chongqing,Chengdu,Changsha,etc.,comprehensive design and future development prospects of the system,and explores the key technical difficulties of the domestic subway grip system.In this paper,the related issues touched by the design of the metro vehicle gripping system are deeply studied,including the design principles,the behavior of passengers taking the subway and the key kinetics research,the layout design of the metro vehicle gripping system,and the metro vehicle gripping system.The visualization of the design of the gripping device is based on the comprehensive simulation analysis and optimization design.Firstly,the research conducted on-the-spot investigation and research on the existing metro vehicle support system,using behavior observation method,task method and user interview method for data collection,and analyzing the research results to obtain the existing metro vehicle support system.The advantages and disadvantages of the design provide a basic theoretical reference for the design of the metro vehicle gripping system.Secondly,a questionnaire survey on the design of the metro vehicle gripping system was carried out.Has experienced the analysis of design factors,including spatial layout,design,function and use factors.Through the conclusions of the design questionnaire data after validity and reliability analysis and the theoretical reference basis obtained from the field investigation,the design guide of the metro vehicle gripping system is obtained.Thirdly,according to the human body parameters as the design size requirements,by studying the basic needs of the metro vehicle gripping system in line with China's national conditions,the design guide of the metro vehicle gripping system is proposed,and the layout of the metro vehicle gripping system design is derived.Design.Finally,based on the design scheme of the gripping system of Guangzhou Metro Line 6 as the modified prototype,according to the design guide of the subway vehicle gripping systemproposed in this paper,the design scheme of the metro vehicle gripping system is proposed.The visualization design of the scheme is carried out by means of 3D software,and the visualization of the visual human factors is realized through the humanized comprehensive simulation virtual analysis JACK platform for visual verification,which verifies the rationality of the design.In the conclusion and prospects,this paper summarizes the research content of this paper and puts forward the development direction of the metro vehicle gripping system.
