Layout Optimization Design Of Firetruck Equipment Box Based On Human Computer Simulation

Fire truck is an important equipment to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property,and plays an extremely important role in fire fighting and rescue.In the design of fire truck,performance design has always been the focus,and the design of equipment box has been ignored.Some problems of existing equipment box,such as low humanization level,low space utilization rate,low function matching degree,operation of fire operation,inconvenient access of fire equipment,slow replacement of fixed equipment,restrict the actual combat efficiency of firefighters.This study takes a 5 ton water tank fire truck in Xuzhou fire brigade as the research object.Through the questionnaire of in-depth interview and user behavior,the author preliminarily master the actual problems through field investigation,and draw the grid diagram of design requirements based on the opinions of relevant professionals.Then,the 3D modeling is carried out by using the data statistics,the virtual simulation environment is established,and the virtual person is assigned the relevant tasks to complete the simulation of the existing model.Through the model analysis of the human-computer engineering software Jack software,the irrationality of the equipment box design of this model is analyzed and summarized.Then,based on the industry specifications and standards of fire truck equipment box,combined with the functional framework and design principles,the final design scheme is finally determined.Finally,the thesis analyzes the human-computer simulation again,and then simulates the generated optimization scheme.The design scheme of the fire truck equipment box is still simulated and checked by using the Chinese human body data model.The simulation check is carried out from comfort,ease of operation and safety,so as to verify the feasibility of the fire truck equipment box designed in this thesis.This study aims at the fire truck equipment box to promote the "human" factor to the layout design of the fire truck equipment box,which provides a new idea for the design of the equipment box and the design of engineering equipment products,which makes the firemen safer,comfortable and convenient when using the equipment box in the process of fighting.
