Based on the development prospect of regional rail transit coordination integration,the paper studies the matching method of transport capacity of regional rail transit hubs from the aspects of competition and collaboration.Tell from the division of labor,the railway is used to connect several cities.But urban rail transit l service within the city,both for the complementary relations of cooperation,but inside the hub railway opening the train loop,internal railway will also serve the urban passenger transportation,and urban rail transit present competitive relationship.When establishing the train operation plan model of railway circle line to discuss the competition relations,the reasonable share rate and train operation plan should be determined so that the resources of railway and urban rail transit can be fully and reasonably used.A transport capacity matching model of regional rail transit network based on the variability of the arrival time of railway trains was established.The total waiting time of passengers transferred to urban rail transit and internal transfer of urban rail transit was minimized by means of the front and rear shift train schedules.Finally,the paper takes Chengdu regional rail transit hub as an example to verify.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research the development status of multi-system transfer and capacity matching methods of domestic and foreign cities for regional rail transit,analyze the competition and cooperation relationship of regional rail transit based on synergetic principle,and analyze the spatial-temporal imbalance of passenger flow in regional rail transit hubs.(2)Based on the calculation of OD table,section passenger flow and transfer passenger flow based on the sharing rate,the objective function is to minimize the negative and discrete degree of the operating enterprise cost,the passenger utilization rate of railway and subway as well as the passenger utilization rate of urban rail transit,to establish the train operation plan model of railway ring line and determine the reasonable sharing rate and the train operation plan of railway ring line so that the resources of railway and urban rail transit can be fully and reasonably used.(3)This paper studies the transfer and connection process of railway transfer subway passenger flow,proposes the calculation method of subway platform passenger flow,the objective function is to minimize the negative number and dispersion degree of the operating enterprise cost,the passenger utilization rate of railway and subway,and establishes the transport capacity matching model of regional rail transit network based on the change of railway train arrival time.(4)According to the transport capacity matching method of regional rail transit hubs proposed in this paper,the example analysis of Chengdu regional rail transit hubs shows that the capacity of Chengdu metro releases 2.5% and the evacuation capacity of short-term passenger flow increases correspondingly.At the same time,the dispersion degree of Chengdu metro utilization was reduced by 5.4%,and the capacity utilization was more balanced.After the optimization of transportation capacity matching,the total waiting time per capita of the network was reduced by 6.55%,and the average waiting time of the rail-subway passengers was reduced by 8.92%.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively shorten the transfer waiting time of transfer passengers in regional rail transit,and improve the capacity matching degree of regional rail transit hubs under the premise that the total system resources remain unchanged.
