Train plan is the core of urban rail transit organization.High-quality train plan coordinates the contradiction between capacity supply and demand,as well as provides highquality transport services.When the train plan capability and the dynamic passenger flow demand is well matched,the system capacity allocation is optimal.With the combination of existing urban rail transit equilibrium assignment theory,an optimization and adjustment method is proposed.Introduce the based composition,influencing factors,theoretical optimization and adjustment thoughts.Analyze different passenger travel behavior based on their attributes.Construct time-space network combining network construction and existing operating plans.On the basis of effective path searching,propose a generalized cost model to reveal the travelling law.Using the results obtained from the above assignment methods,the adaptability of system capacity provided by the existing train plans to the time-space distribution of passenger flow is measured.Propose the quantitative matching evaluation method,the output devaluation results are used as decisionmaking basis to adjust the train plans.The contents of each chapter are as follows.1.Expound the basic theory of urban rail transit train plans.2.Study the mechanism of the train plan on passenger demand to analyses route choice behavior.Combined with urban rail transit network and the train plan,simulating the important links of passenger’s travel and constructing the generalized cost model.Then,time-space equilibrium assignment model is proposed.Furthermore,an improved shortest path search algorithm is presented to search effective paths,an improved MSA algorithm is presented to solve the model.3.Based on the following,present the matching evaluation method for train plan capability and passenger flow demand using the result of the time-space distribution of passenger flow.Firstly,the matching evaluation algorithm between passenger flow and trains is built to quantify the utilization of transport capacity.Then,apply the method combining fuzzy evaluation with multi-objective composition.Use the applied method to calculate the comprehensive matching degree.In addition,output two kinds of graphs to display the matching degree from macro and micro levels respectively.4.According to the results of matching evaluation,the train plan optimization and adjustment is carried out.When the comprehensive matching degree is lower than the prescribed value,it is necessary to analyze the mechanism action of capacity and passenger demand in combination with the evaluation values of sub-indicators.The train plan is optimized and adjusted by time segment,sub-regional segment and sub-direction to solve problems.5.Finally,take Chengdu metro as an example to illustrate the train plan optimization method based on equilibrium assignment model.
