Abstract/Summary:
Distributed Control System is widely used in many field,such as oil,chemical industry,mechanism,electric power and so on,It is based on the rapid development of the computer system as a centralized management of distributed control system.Due to the continuous improvement of the level of automatic control of the production process and the increasingly complex requirements of the production operation,resulting in a large-scale integrated production process automatic control system.DCS control system is equipped with advanced industrial operating software and configuration software.They are the future development direction in the field of control system.This article mainly describes the new DCS control system of the new Gasoline hydrogenation unit,it’s a part of big combined control system,researched on the designation,type selection,configuration,debugging of DCS control system.So it meets the control requirements of process production.This article takes SUPCONDCS ECS-700-type combination unit control system as an example,it does detailed research into the system requirements analysis,hardware and software configuration processes,system operation testing and the reliability of the measures,it describes the distributed control system design,configuration process,design plan and functional implementation,The control program is written for the complicated control circuit of some process production processes,and the control algorithm and the graphic configuration are realized.According to the control program and configuration data formulated by the Design Institute,the DCS control system of the gasoline hydride sulfurization unit is configured to establish the relevant database,and the control plan is prepared.Design and draw the operation process screens such as the flow chart,the instrument measuring circuit and the instrument control loop.Write control scheme according with the special production process characteristics of Gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization unit,such as single circuit,cascade stage and split.completing control requirements,Realize high automation of production engineering.By means of dynamic debugging,static debugging and overall debugging of DCS control system,and setting PID control parameter,ensured control system precision and adjustable real-time performance.The DCS control system is put into use,it can further improve the automatic controlrate,automatic adjustment precision,real-time,reliability and automatic control level of the instrument and other related technical parameters,it further reduce the system failure rate.This paper expatiates the safeguard measures of the hardware and software configuration progress of the DCS control system and the related measures to improve the maturity and reliability of the system.It ensures the DCS control system is flexible and easy to configure and modify the daily maintenance,and control system safety operation long-period.
