Electrical connector, which play the function of the signal transmission and electrical connection.Aviation electrical connectors is one of the common electromechanical components in aviation field, and whether it can work reliably has a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of aviation systems.Vibration is one of the main factors that affect the contact performance of electrical connectors.Aircraft in the flight will encounter bumpy phenomenon because of atmospheric turbulence, the phenomenon is a special vibration state. Therefore,in this paper, bump test technology and the change law of contact force and contact resistance of aviation electrical connectors under the bumpy conditions is studied. In this paper,a type of aviation electrical connector as a research object, the change law of aviation electrical contactors' contact force and contact resistance under the bumpy condition is studied.Firstly, this paper analyses the structure characteristics of contacts of aviation electrical connectors and establishes contact force theory model.Secondly, this paper determines the test method of contact force by comparing various testing methods, and according to the contact structure characteristics and test requirements.Thirdly, this paper propose a test scheme of aviation electrical connectors' bumpy test;this paper completed the software and hardware design of the detection device for the contact force and contact resistance of aviation electrical connectors and carries out the test.Fourthly, this paper analyses the influences of bump grade, flight speed and flight height on contact force and contact resistance of aviation connectors.
