The small dynamic target simulator is a device which simulates the starry sky on the ground,can give the simulated star map in real time,and performs functional tests on the star map recognition algorithm of star sensor.With the development of star sensor,the indicators of the target simulator requirements are also increasing,which mainly focusing on miniaturization,large field of view,high precision and so on.In this paper,the control technology of small dynamic target simulator is studied to solve the problem of ground test simulation experiment of star sensor.Based on the working principle and structural composition of the dynamic target simulator,the display drive control system with LCOS as the core and the star map display software of the dynamic target simulator are designed,and the star map displayed is checked and corrected.(1)The working principle and structure of the dynamic target simulator are studied.The basic working principle of the dynamic target simulator is clarified.According to the design index,the overall scheme of the system is designed.The overall structure diagram of the system and the structural design diagram of the important parts are given.TheLCOS with 2048*1536 resolution is selected as the core display device,and the principle of double LCOS optical splicing is studied in order to increase the field of view and reduce the volume of the optical system,thereby achieving the purpose of large field of view and miniatruization of the dynamic target simulator.(2)Thecontrol system of dynamic target simulator is investigated.After explaining the overall composition of the control system,we focus on the overall design of the LCOS drive and display system with FPGA as the core,study the overall design of the FPGA and design the hardware and software of the main components,and give the circuit schematic and system simulation results.The communication interface between the dynamic target simulator computer and the dynamic simulation computer is also designed.(3)Research and design of star map display software for dynamic target simulator are proposed.The method of describing the attitude of stars is studied and the transformation formula of stars from celestial coordinates to plane coordinates is deduced.The gray value of stars is calculated.The main interface of the software is written by MFC and the functions of each part of the software are designed in modular form.After the communication between the dynamic simulation computer and the dynamic target simulator control computer is completed,the data can be processed to display a complete star map through the processing of each module.(4)Research on the accuracy detection of target star map is shown in this paper.The measurement scheme and geometric model of intersatellite angular distance are studied and the measurement steps are given.The theodolite is used to measure intersatellite angular distance.The theoretical and measured values and correction coefficients of intersatellite angular distance are calculated.The curve fitting is performed by MATLAB and the required correction equation is written into the program,thereby reducing the error and improving the display precision.By checking and correcting the display star map,we can simulate 2-6 magnitude stars in22°field of view,the single star angle is less than 40?? and the intersatellite angular distance error is less than 40??.The small dynamic target simulator can display the star map normally,which meets the requirements of the test experiment.
