Dynamic scene object can make the test of optical electric device indoor. It can make the testing easier and improve the quality of testing. In this thesis the optical electric detection device’s field is 1°, aperture is 100mm,operating distance is 0.5km~5km,it can probe the things that size is 4m × 4m, it’s tracking accuracy degree is 6",the resolution is 640x480,the CCD pixel is 7.4um.For this object designed a dynamic scene generator. The requirement of norm is that the RMS on axis less than 12um and the parallelism of optical axis less than 20".The requirement of the overall size must less than 600mm x 500mm x 400mm.The target generators adopt the off-axis three-mirror structure which has two focal planes. The optical path is determined by graphing method. Then simulated the path and made an optimization to determine the structure parameters.Make further optimization and design by Zemax.The first mirror is a parabolic mirror, the second and the third are plane mirrors. And the mirrors can not cut the light each other. The structure’s field is 1°, aperture is 120mm, and its focal length is 960mm, the off axis size of the first mirror is 250mm.The GEO RMS on axis is 1.3um off-axis magnitude is 174.8um.Then to design the 3D structure of target generator. The whole process can be divided into 8 parts, respectively, for mirror room, the primary mirror, second mirror, third mirror, static target, dynamic target, beam splitter, power supply. The static drone and the dynamic target plate came into the two focal planes. The static drone use star target plate and reticule. Dynamic drone use LCOS, and the CCD size is 0.7inch.The static drone can provide point size between 0.77mm and 7.7mm.The reticule can measure the size of dynamic target. The dynamic target plate can provide background with different gray level and brightness. Both of them can work at the same time or separate.The target generator designed in this thesis, adopt off axis structure that it can make the overall size smaller. And designed two focal planes which can provide static target and different backgrounds. It can improve the quality of detection. |
