In recent years,with the growth of China's economy,the civil aviation industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for baggage transport vehicles and other airport ground special equipment has increased rapidly.In addition to the introduction of foreign advanced equipment,domestic manufacturers have also developed a number of new baggage transport vehicles.Although these equipments play an important role in improving the speed of baggage transfer and ensuring the punctual takeoff of aircraft,there are still many problems such as high cost,low efficiency,high pollution or short effective working time.This paper compares different types of baggage transport vehicles at home and abroad,puts forward a new design scheme of electric baggage transport vehicles on the basis of meeting relevant regulations and design goals,and analyzes the reliability of frame structure and the dynamic characteristics of conveyor belt.Firstly,the paper gives a general overview of the domestic energy use,the development of civil aviation industry and the basic situation of the airport ground special equipment.Referring to the existing baggage transport vehicles,according to the design principles and regulations of the electric baggage transport vehicles,it determines the overall layout form and the overall technical parameters,and the centroid and axle load of the baggage transport vehicle.According to the design performance requirements,the selection of the drive motor is calculated to determine the appropriate drive motor,and on this basis,the dynamic and braking performance of the baggage transport vehicles is calculated.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the structure of the frame affects the layout of battery packs,which leads to insufficient endurance and short effective working time,the frame of the electric baggage conveyor is designed and a full load-bearing frame is designed.The finite element model of the frame is established by using HyperMesh,and the static characteristics of the frame under different working conditions are analyzed by using OptiStruct module.The changes of stress and displacement are compared with the design target values to verify the rationality of the frame structure.The natural frequencies of the frame are compared with the excitation frequencies of the frame caused by the unevenness of the road surface to verify whether resonance phenomenon will occur.Then,the basic structure of the conveyor is introduced,and the virtual prototype model of the main conveyor is established by using RecurDyn software.The simplification and modeling process of the main conveyor are described in detail.Two typical driving modes are used to control the operation of the main conveyor,and the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor belt are studied.The angular velocity of the driving roller and the driven roller,the speed of the belt block and the tension of the conveyor belt at a specific point are analyzed in detail.The principle of the conveyor belt under normal operation of the main conveyor is calculated.The tension value is compared with the simulation value,so as to provide reference for the selection of conveyor belt.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the frame and conveyor is built and the two-dimensional engineering drawings are generated by AutoCAD,which are delivered to the manufacturer for production strictly according to the design requirements,and the trial production of the luggage conveyor prototype is completed.
