The synchronous belt drive mechanism is used for transfer occasion,and its application is advantageous to simplify the structure of transmission system,realize the system lightweight,high speed and high precision,and reduce the transmission hardware cost.So it is widely used in large distance,high precision positioning,and the transmission has a considerable quality of the occasion.High-speed synchronous belt intermittent transmission is the extension of synchronous belt drive.Due to the intermittent motion form and material transferred,the effect of inertia force load will be increased.As a result,the research results of the original synchronous belt drive can not provide sufficient theoretical support for the application of the intermittent transmission mechanism of high-speed synchronous belt.At the same time,due to the backwardness of the detection technology,the testing method is relatively imperfect.So it is necessary to establish a dynamic inspection system for high-speed synchronous belt intermittent transmission device in different situations.Based on the theory of material mechanics and Multi-body system dynamics,the dynamic model of high-speed synchronous intermittent transmission system was established which was analyzed with dynamic simulation by Recurdyn software to verify this dynamic model.At the same time,testing program for the key parameters in the transfer system was written,using advanced sensor technology,wireless data transmission and visual inspection by Lab VIEW.Theoretical and reliable experimental basis for high-speed intermittent synchronous belt transmission mechanism was provided by combing theory with experiment.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,based on the theory of material mechanics and Multi-body system dynamics,combined with the stress condition and meshing polygon effect in the transmission process,the friction model between the teeth and teeth was established,and the meshing contact between the teeth and teeth was studied.Based on the theory of viscoelastic beam of axial motion,the characteristics of dynamic system were researched under variable speeds,and the vibration equation under periodic excitation between adjacent fixture was also established.Secondly,under the guidance of theory model,high-speed intermittent synchronous belt transmission system dynamic simulation model were established by Recurdyn software to analyze different factors which could affect position accuracy and dynamic performance.The dynamic parameter curves of different bands(in the start-up phase and meshing phase)are obtained.Finally,based on the theoretical model and simulation analysis,the overall structure scheme of dynamic detection system was designed,Then the test instruments was selected.Based on the LabVIEW software,the human machine interface was designed.The test procedures on input/output shaft torques,angular displacement parameter,fixture station acceleration and position accuracy parameter were written.Comprehensive technical support for dynamic test of intermittent transmission system for high-speed synchronous belt was provided finally.
