Research On The Impact And Adjustment Of High-speed Rail On Tourism Development In Gansu Province

Transportation is the prerequisite and necessary condition for the development of tourism,and it is also an important part of the regional tourism system.The rapid development of high-speed rail,a new type of transportation,has brought great changes to China's transportation industry.At the same time,it has become one of the most significant factors affecting the development of tourism in the 21 st century.Regional tourism spatial structure has always been the main content of tourism geography research.Gansu Province is rich in tourism resources.However,due to the narrow spindle-shaped geographical space,backward transportation and weak infrastructure,the overall level of tourism development is not high,and the overall spatial layout needs to be further optimized.With the operation of Lanxin Railway and Baolan High-speed Railway,Gansu Province,as a transportation hub in Northwest China,will undergo tremendous changes in Tourism under the influence of high-speed railway.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of tourism development in Gansu Province,and analyses the impact and effect of high-speed rail on tourism,in order to optimize the spatial distribution of tourism in Gansu Province and promote the development of tourism in Gansu Province relying on high-speed rail,which is a very advantageous mode of transportation.This article mainly carries on the research from the following three parts:Firstly,it combs the research results and related theories at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts clearly,and provides a strong theoretical basis for the writing of this article.On the basis of relevant theories,this paper analyses the current situation of tourism development in Gansu Province.Secondly,it focuses on the most direct impact of high-speed rail on tourism,that is,the impact on traffic accessibility.It compares and analyses the changes of each index of the two time sections before and after the opening of high-speed rail in 2013 and 2017.The results show that the change rate of regional weighted average travel time and the change rate of tourism advantage potential after the opening of high-speed rail are highly consistent with that of high-speed rail lines,and weighted average travel is highly consistent.The low-value areas of time and the high-value areas of tourism advantage potential are mainly located in the high-speed railway area.The spatial distribution of high-speed rail shows a certain directivity.The "isochronal circle" generated by high-speed rail also shows the spatial characteristics of extending along the high-speed rail line.At the same time,the specific impact of high-speed rail on tourist destinations,tourist flows and tourist market is analyzed.It is concluded that high-speed rail enhances the location advantages of tourist destinations along the line,promotes a new tourism growth pole,and guides the spatial flow of tourist flows.In addition,the analysis of the evolution characteristics of tourism spatial pattern in Gansu Province under the influence of high-speed rail shows that the evolution of tourism spatial pattern in Gansu Province has two sides.High-speed rail further strengthens the polarization effect of the core region,and also enhances the diffusion effect of the core region to the marginal region,but the polarization effect is dominant.Finally,the paper puts forward optimization strategies for tourism development in Gansu Province from three aspects: node,axis and area,and puts forward safeguard measures for tourism development in Gansu Province from the aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction,strengthening regional tourism cooperation of high-speed rail,optimizing product supply along high-speed rail,and strengthening regional cooperation.
