Design Of Intelligent Multishuttle Based On AHP

At present,China's warehousing industry is developing rapidly,and more and more equipment is introduced into warehouses.The emergence of Multishuttle has replaced the labor force to save human capital.However,most of the small and medium-sized enterprises still retain the traditional warehouse management mode.In addition to cost constraints,the main reason is that most of the Multishuttle is not integrated with its industry,most of them focus on technical research,ignoring user experience.This paper is oriented to user experience design,judges user needs based on the AHP and in order to optimize innovative design,improve warehouse management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises,and enhance work experience.Firstly,market research is carried out to summarize the shortcomings and opportunities for development.The quality of the experience the user is looking forward to by means of a questionnaire survey.Kano model is used to understand the user's needs for warehouse management model and determine the research objectives.Then,summarize the product elements for the small and medium-sized hotel industry.Based on the AHP,the requirement of target users is investigated,and the necessary design factors involved in Multishuttle are determined.Then aiming at the necessary design factors,this paper puts forward solutions.Confirm the optimal alternative by using the AHP method.Finally,combined with the concept of employee experience design,innovative design of Multishuttle and interactive interface are carried out and verified.The rigorous data calculation in this paper is more convincing and can provide research methods for other enterprises.It is necessary to study the application of Multishuttle in small and medium-sized enterprises.The design of Multishuttle and interactive interface is helpful to expand the application of intelligent three-dimensional library and conform to the market direction.It has value and significance.
