In China's large-scale manufacturing industry,accurate metering and batching are the guarantee of output and quality in industrial production.It is an indispensable part of energy saving and automatic control of the process,and an important indicator of industrial production.Rotor scales are favored by many industrial manufacturers because of their high measurement accuracy,high stability and simple structure.In the rotor scale metering control system,the control instrument is the key to the continuous,stable and controllable feeding and unloading of the rotor scale.However,at present,China's measurement control instruments have shortcomings such as simple measurement control algorithm,large volume,low precision,few functions,poor stability and limited application range.In view of the shortcomings of China's rotor scale measurement control method and the problems of metering control instruments,this paper proposes a rotor scale measurement control algorithm and designs a rotor scale control instrument,which effectively improves the performance of domestic instruments and the measurement accuracy and stability of the rotor scale system,the specific study is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of poor flow stability of the rotor scale during material transportation,the composition of the rotor scale measurement control system and the mechanical structure and working principle of the rotor scale are discussed in detail,and the analysis of the fluctuation causes and the actual investigation are carried out.An algorithm for flow rate control of rotor scale discharge based on torque balance principle and flow rate control of rotor scale inlet based on fuzzy PID control is designed.The performance of the algorithm was tested by instrumentation combined with MATLAB simulation rotor scale measurement control system.Through the analysis of test data and test chart,it was verified that the measurement control algorithm can effectively reduce material fluctuation and improve the stability of rotor scale flow.(2)For the problems of low precision,low function and poor stability of the instrument,the speed and accuracy of the instrument data acquisition,the operation speed of the main control chip,and the electromagnetic compatibility in the industrialenvironment are analyzed,and discuss the functional requirements of metering control instruments.The overall hardware system design and software system of the instrument are completed.The hardware circuit is designed with a host circuit,a power supply circuit,a forward channel circuit,a backward channel circuit,a human-machine interface circuit,and a communication interface circuit;The software design has the design of the main program,the design of the interrupt program,and the design of the subroutine.(3)According to the design requirements of the instrument,the experiment of the joint adjustment of the instrument program was carried out by using the test instrument and the experimental method such as setting up the experimental platform,and the function of the instrument and the performance of the switch input and output and the display module were tested;The data acquisition and data output measurement experiments of the forward and backward channels of the instrument were carried out,and the performance of channel data acquisition.Finally,through the analysis of the experimental results,the indicators of the instrument meet the design requirements.Compared with domestic instruments,it has reached a relatively high level.
