Rotor unbalance is one of the main reason causing rotating machinery vibration, and it is also a key factor to affect the rotating machinery of efficient and stable working. Rotor automatic balancing control technology has become a hot topic at home and abroad, since it is a core technology to solute the rotor unbalance problem. How to improve the balance efficiency and accuracy through control strategy is the key issues. At present, we are still in the experimental stage for the rotor automatic balance control method. Therefore, it is of important engineering value to develop a control method to reduce the rotor unbalance efficiently and stably. The main research work of this dissertation includes the following points:1. Aim at the rotor automatic balance device of single balance plane and double counterweight, a variable step length optimization control strategy based on fuzzy control principle is proposed in this dissertation. The fuzzy controller is designed for calculating the motion step length of the counterweight and determining the direction of the movement of the counterweight. Then, adjust the step value more precisely by using the position feedback control. Finally, the execution controller is designed to complete the balance process by optimization control method, and the algorithm of execution process is furnished.2. The overall implementation of rotor automatic balance control system is determined using the DSP TMS320F2812 as the main chip, and the controller is designed for the system, including hardware components and software components. The hardware part mainly includes vibration signal preprocessing circuit, motor driving circuit and speed signal conditioning circuit. The Software part mainly includes initialization of the hardware modules, realization of vibration signal fundamental frequency component extraction method, calculation of the rotor speed, function of the fuzzy controller, as well as realization of the variable step length control process, and so on.3. A rotor experiment table is designed for experimental validation research to compete the rotor automatic balancing variable step length optimization method based on fuzzy control. The experiment of fixed step length optimization control method without fuzzy control is designed as comparison. Finally, the rotor automatic balance experiment is complete by using the measure and control system.
