Rotor unbalance is one of the main reason causing rotating machinery vibration,and it is also a key factor to affect the rotating machinery with efficient and stable working.The vibration of rotating machinery can cause noise,increase energy consumption,reduce the service life of rotating machinery,even threaten the life safety of the operator seriously.Therefore,it is necessary to eliminate the vibration.Rotor automatic balancing control technology has become a hot topic at home and abroad,since it is a core technology to solute the rotor unbalance problem.How to improve the balance efficiency and accuracy through control strategy is the key issue,Therefore,the research on active balance control method has important theoretical value and application value.The main research work of this dissertation includes the following points:1.Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID method has low control efficiency,this paper proposes a control method based on fuzzy auto-tuning single neuron PID.combining the single neuron technology with PID control makes the parameters of PID can be adjusted adaptively,on this basis,the fuzzy control technique is introduced to obtain the gain of single neuron,so then the precise control step is get,and the overall efficiency of controller is improved,it also has better robustness.Finally,the method is compared with the PID control method,and the experimental results proved the validity of the method.2.Through the analysis and modeling of the Jeffcott rotor model,the dynamic kinetic equation of the rotor is obtained,and then the equilibrium equation of the rotor is derived.In this paper,the influence coefficient method for flexible rotor is introduced,and an improved dynamic influence coefficient method is proposed,then the simulation experiment is carried out.3.Based on the analysis of the active balancing device of Schmitt,an active balance controller based on TMS320F2812 is proposed.The circuit of vibration signal conditioning module,speed signal conditioning module and motor drive module is designed.In the end,we design and make the balance experiment platform for active balance control,and use the method of the fuzzy auto-tuning single neuron PID to prove the feasibility of the controller.
