| Bridge inspection vehicle is a kind of professional engineering vehicle,which provides a platform for bridge inspection personnel.It is used for the inspection and maintenance of bridge facilities,such as viaduct highway,urban ring road,cross-sea and cross-river bridge.At present,the structure of bridge inspection vehicle is mainly designed by combining analytical calculation method and traditional experience method.Because the analytical calculation is ideal to simplify the components,it is difficult to accurately determine the dangerous parts of the components and the force of the parts,thus affecting the safety and reliability of the whole machine.In this paper,a truss bridge inspection vehicle part as the research object,combined with theoretical calculation and finite element method for structural analysis and improvement.According to the structural and mechanical characteristics of the luffing mechanism on the bridge inspection vehicle,the calculation formula of each hinge point force is derived by using the knowledge of theoretical mechanics,and the force of each hinge point under different working conditions is calculated.Based on the APDL language of ANSYS,the parametric finite element model of the bridge inspection vehicle was established,and the static analysis of typical working conditions was carried out.The theoretical calculation results of each hinge point force were consistent with the finite element analysis results,which verified the correctness of the finite element model.Based on the model analysis results,The structural form and size of the key structural components of connecting frame and vertical arm are optimized.The difference of The slide way between the telescopic boom body of the working platform adopts two different sliding connection forms of roller and slider is coMPared.The modal analysis of the improved bridge inspection vehicle shows that the bridge inspection vehicle can effectively avoid the corresponding excitation source frequency and avoid the resonance phenomenon of the bridge inspection vehicle in the working state.The research in this paper makes the structure of this type of truss bridge inspection vehicle more reasonable,and the research method in this paper can provide a reference for the reasonable design of similar truss bridge inspection vehicle. |
