| When workers are in detection of bridge maintenance and inspection,the truss Bridge Inspection Vehicle can provide them with platform.The stability and dynamic performance of the Bridge Ispection has important implications to personnel safety and operational efficiency.However,as the test in difficulty,physical prototype testing can not be repeated.In order to detect the truss bridge structure and performance of vehicles in better efficiency,the design will be analysed in use of virtual prototyping technology until obtaining the optimal solution.16m truss bridge inspection vehicle is studied based on FEA and Virtual prototyping theorey and whole structure is conducted a detailed analysis.The thesis includes the following aspects:(1) Creating multi-body dynamics model of the machine in ADAMS and center of mass trajectory curves is botained.Then BIV’s anti-overturning stability is analysis.The dynamic characteristics of the working cylinder is checked.(2) Through the design research methods provided in the use of ADAMS,the optimal parameter values of the sensitivity of the lifting mechanism is obtained.The hinge position has been optimized and the support structure has been improved.(3) With the help of the ANSYS,flexible truntable body has been provided.Through the rigid-flexible hybrid model simulation,the impacts of the flexible body can be aquired and the improved scheme based on working conditions for the lifting has been provided.(4) The strength,stiffness and static stiffness of the truss has been checked in using ANSYS.In the use of genetic algorithm and the joint using ANSYS and Matlab.Sructural weight has been optimized.The result shows it reduces4.35%(5) After establishing multi-body contact model,the relevant contact force-time curve has been obtained by kinetic analysis and comparative analysis has been done.In this paper,some problems which appears in the practical application has been solved and relevant solutions have been provided. It can save development cost,save development time,improve development quality,and make the product meet the design requirement in the utmust probability.Meanwhile,provide an efficient method of researching and developing on sililar products. |
