Abstract/Summary:
Auxiliary heating high voltage power supply is of great importance for the auxiliary heating system for Tokamak facility.Meanwhile,with a brilliant performance in integration,scalability and compatibility,PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation(PXI)technology has been widely used in fusion control field.Based on the PXI technology,the thesis comes up with an optimization design for the control strategy of the cathode power supply to meet the higher dynamic requirements of the brand new gyrotron of the J-TEXT Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating(ECRH)system.Besides,a new control system for the Acceleration Grid Power Supply(AGPS)of the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor(CFETR)N-NBI(Negative ion based Neutral Beam Injector)prototype is also accomplished in the thesis.The J-TEXT ECRH cathode power supply adopts a Pulse Step Modulation(PSM)topology,whose former control system cannot meet the dynamic requirements of the new gyrotron.With the analyze in the dynamic performance of the single switch power supply module,the thesis raises a new feedforward control strategy to restrain the overshoot and rebuild the program of the local controller to improve the response time.The simulation and experiment results both show the optimized control system has a good performance.The CFETR N-NBI AGPS adopts an inverter-type topology.After the investigation on the control system structure of the inverter-type power supply abroad,the thesis presents a control and monitoring scheme based on the AGPS topology scheme.The comprehensive control strategy is designed mainly focusing on the overshoot,the output dc component and the ripple.The operation and protection logic is designed based on the characteristics of the accelerator grid.The overall control program is also accomplished in LabVIEW.The 200kV/25 A simulation model and 5kV/3A prototype have been built based on the designed parameters and control requirements to verify the control strategy,the operation sequence and the protection logic.The results show that the control system can fulfill the requirements of the AGPS,providing an important reference to the research and development of the domestic auxiliary heating high voltage power supply control system.
