With the acceleration of life rhythm,the car has gradually changed from a single mobility tool to not only have mobility functions,but also have functions such as office and entertainment in the car.At the same time,the existing in-vehicle equipment such as stereos,DVDs,and broadcasts on the car appear to have a single function,while electronic devices such as notebook computers,IPDAs,and multi-function in-vehicle TVs can well compensate for the single-function problems of the original on-board equipment.However,the power supply types of electronic devices such as notebook computers and IPDA are power frequency sinusoidal AC,but the car battery can only provide 12V/24 V DC voltage,so the research and production of a car that can convert the low-voltage DC of the car battery to 220V/50 Hz Inverter power supply has important practical significance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In the design of DC 12 V to AC 220 V inverter power supply,by introducing various topological structures of DC~DC circuit and DC~AC circuit,the working principle of the circuit and power switch tube,rectifier diode and filter,etc.are elaborated in detail Selection principle of components.In the DC~DC boost part,because the push-pull circuit has the characteristics suitable for low input voltage occasions,it uses a push-pull circuit structure,and the control circuit part uses a fixed frequency pulse width modulation chip TL494.In the DC~AC inverter part,a full-bridge inverter structure is adopted,and the control circuit part adopts a sinusoidal pulse width modulation chip TDS2285.The design principle of high-frequency transformer and the calculation of related parameters are introduced,so as to realize the voltage conversion from low-voltage DC to AC 220 V.(2)In the design of 12 V DC to 310 V DC power supply,the main circuit uses a push-pull converter circuit structure,and the control circuit part uses a current mode pulse width modulation chip UC3846.In the structure of the conversion control circuit,it can be known from the simulation waveform results of Saber that the output DC voltage runs stably at 310 V.(3)In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply,protection circuits,including anti-reverse protection circuits,undervoltage and overvoltage protection circuits,are designed to reduce the safety risks of personnel and vehicles to a certain extent.Finally,an experimental test prototype was developed based on the circuit design principles,and the output waveforms of the working points of the pre-stage booster circuit and the post-stage inverter circuit were tested under the existing conditions.The prototype test results show that the power supply can operate stably.The efficiency is about 88%,the power is 500 W,the input voltage is DC 12 V,and the output voltage is AC 220V/50 Hz.It has the characteristics of low noise,safety and reliability.The above work provides a reference for the design of vehicle power supply to a certain extent,and has certain application value.
