Study On The Impact Of Internationalization Of Chinese Household Appliance Enterprises On Business Performance

Economic globalization is developing with an irreversible momentum.The world trade organization(WTO),which is known as the "economic United Nations",has the 164 th full member with the entry of Afghanistan as of July 29,2016.With close global economic ties,international operation has become an inevitable way for enterprises to develop and grow.Since the reform and opening up,foreign enterprises have poured into the Chinese market,bringing advanced technology and management experience.For the impact of foreign enterprises,Chinese enterprises are not willing to be weak,having "go out" into the tide of internationalization.Home appliance industry is the industry which begins internationalization management earlier,but what profit did international management bring to home appliance enterprise.Therefore,it is worth discussing how the international operation affects the performance of the household appliance enterprises and the degree of its influence.Through the research and analysis of 56 listed international companies in the home appliance industry,this paper hopes to understand the mechanism of the influence of the internationalization of home appliance enterprises on business performance,and quantitatively measure the relationship between the two through empirical analysis.This paper makes suggestions for the further and future development of home appliance enterprises,and also provides reference for the transnational development of enterprises in other industries.Listed 56 household appliance enterprises of 2017 annual report data as sample whose shares traded on the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges,draw lessons from previous scholars on the basis of related research at home and abroad,introducing the relevant variables,and set up enterprise between internationalization and performance model.Through using the least squares method for multiple regression analysis,the results show that our country electrical appliances enterprise is horizontal S-curve between internationalization and business performance.Large enterprises in the industry are located in the rising part of S curve,which carry out international operation to promote performance of ascension.There is a positive correlation between enterprise scale and business performance,which indicates that household appliance enterprises have economies of scale effect.There is a negative correlation between enterprise risk level and business performance,which indicates that the financial policy of household appliance enterprises has a great influence on business performance.There is no significant correlation between enterprise growth and internal advantage and business performance.
