Financial Evaluation Of Capacity Expansion And Reconstruction Of Shuo Huang Railway

The Shuo Huang Railway is an important part of China’s West Coal East Passage and plays a pivotal role in China’s coal transportation.Recently,China has shifted its energy strategy to the west and vigorously developed the west.As a result,the coal transportation volume of the Line has increased year by year,and it has a significant effect on the local economic development,which has greatly promoted the development of production along the line.With the rapid development,the equipment of the existing lines of the Line has been unable to meet the needs of development.Therefore,this paper discusses the necessity of capacity expansion and gives an expansion plan.This paper conducts on the spot research and research on the transportation of the existing lines of the Line:the current operation,the technical equipment of the existing line,the latest passenger and freight forecast of the Line,and the transportation demand.The analysis believes that the Line needs to be rebuilt.And it should follow the main principles of the system as a whole,the organization of transportation and coordination,and coordinate all aspects.Adopting the technical standards of the project suitable for the Shuo Huang Railway,taking into account all aspects,and exerting the maximum return on investment.According to the main research principles of the reconstruction plan,the expansion and transformation plan should make full use of existing facilities,taking into account the composition of the flow of goods,technical equipment of adjacent lines and other factors.
