With the span of long-span cable-stayed bridge constantly breaking the record,the structure shape is more and more novel,at the same time put forward higher requirements for construction technology,followed by a series of uncertainties in the construction process.A great deal of attention should be paid to all kinds of unpredictable risks,otherwise,a series of losses will be caused in the event of accidents in engineering construction.Therefore,a set of perfect bridge engineering risk assessment system should be set up,and all kinds of risk behaviors during bridge construction should be analyzed and studied,so as to grasp the risk in general,and then formulate effective and targeted measures to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the project construction.In this paper,a large span cable-stayed bridge in Ganjiang River is used as the engineering background.The main contents are as follows:(1)The development of cable-stayed bridges is studied by reading a lot of literature,and the research status of bridge risk analysis at home and abroad is analyzed.(2)Through the analysis of the construction risk of the main pylon cap during the construction of a cable-stayed bridge in Ganjiang River,including the construction technology of the cap,the formwork used in the construction of the cap,the pouring of the concrete of the cap and the hydration heat of the concrete of the cap,the paper puts forward the risk management measures and the risk plan,which provides the safety guarantee for the construction of the main pylon cap.Barrier.(3)through the risk analysis of the steel box girder construction process,including the safety analysis of the steel box girder construction site and the safety analysis in the steel box girder production process,the paper puts forward the safety risk identification and risk plan in the steel box girder construction process.All kinds of effective measures should be done in advance to ensure the smooth construction of steel box girder.
