Reverse logistics is the process of transferring raw materials,semi-finished products,finished products and packages from manufacturer,distributor or consumer to recycling site for technical treatment and whole process control in order to regain the value of waste products.At present,China is building a resource-saving society,and is also at the peak of the renewal of household appliances products.Therefore,the extended producer responsibility system is implemented to promote the development of reverse logistics industry of waste household appliances and maximize the use of resources.But the market environment of waste household appliances is complex.The layout and construction of reverse logistics network has become a major problem for household appliances manufacturers.The method of constructing reverse logistics network of waste household appliances from the manufacturer’s point of view is studied in this paper.Through Literature summary,market research in Tianjin and the environment researched.The recovery volume and sales volume are determined and predicted based on data collection.By analyzing the characteristics and operation process of reverse logistics of waste household appliances,the network structure characteristics of S company’s self-operation mode are analyzed,and a multi-level reverse logistics network of waste household appliances of S company’s five main commodities is constructed.the model of location selection and flow distribution is constructed to achieve maximum revenue.By using immune clone algorithm,and the reasonable location and flow allocation scheme is obtained.The validity and rationality of the model and the algorithm are verified,which provides a practical and feasible scheme for S company to form a reverse logistics recovery network for waste household appliances in Tianjin.
