In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the demand for electricity has also increased day by day,and power construction has become the main pillar of national economic construction.Due to the continuous construction of ultra-high-voltage transmission lines,the development of construction technology of overhead transmission lines in China has entered a new era,and the most important process in the construction of overhead transmission lines is tension line construction and tension line construction.The exhibition of the middle ropes has also gradually changed from the initial artificial display to airships,paramotors and helicopters,and has now been developed as a remote control drone for display.The display of the wire has also evolved from the initial single-wire erection to the current mechanized construction of the multi-split wire erection.The construction technology and method of tension line are constantly matured and perfected,various new construction tools are put into construction operation,the human resources and cost of the line are gradually reduced,the construction progress is continuously improved,the mechanized construction method is changing with each passing day,and the construction quality is effectively guaranteed.Under the above background,this paper studies the 220 kV power transmission and transformation project line construction of knowledge city undertaken by the project department of the author as follows:Firstly,the concept and application of tension stringing are described.Before the construction started,a site investigation was carried out on each base tower according to the actual situation of the site,the topography was recorded,the proper tensioning site was selected and the laying-out section was reasonably divided.Secondly,the tension and traction of the calculation,the rise of the judgment and whether the suspension of double pulley judgment calculation,and according to the results of the calculation of reasonable choice of construction equipment and construction tools.Then,the development and current situation of the guide rope extension are described.This project adopts the new technology of intelligent uav guide rope extension,which is analyzed and practiced in detail.Detailed design of the tension wire construction process,for the key link to develop the specific operation steps and construction precautions.Finally,the construction method of straddling construction,which is very important in straddling construction,is designed.According to the situation of straddling,two different protection methods are developed,which are straddling frame and straddling net sealing respectively.The operation mode of the two construction methods in straddling construction is studied in detail.Based on the study of the whole stringing construction and the field practice,through the combination of theoretical knowledge and field practice,the paper analyzes and summarizes the construction process flow and concrete construction method of tension stringing construction.And the content of the research and summary will be sorted out,hoping to contribute to the development of tension stringing construction technology of overhead transmission lines.
