Electricity has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life and industrial production.It is related to not only the national economy and the people’s livelihood but the energy distribution of China.It is also an important part of the Belt and Road strategy.China’s power is transported by overhead line over large distances along the complex and changeable geographical environment.The tower span can reach hundreds of meters.The span of some transoceanic transmission lines even reached2-3 kilometers.The transmission lines,therefore,is likely to be affected by various factors,such as: the self-weight of line,the environment factors(the temperature,the wind,the snow,the ice),the tower shaking,the birds.These factors most directly reflected in the change of conductor tension,which is the main basis for evaluating the real-time state of transmission lines.The analysis of this parameter can accurately determine whether the transmission line has a fault,in order to prevent the transmission line fault.According to domestic and foreign transmission line tension signal acquisition research,this dissertation uses the knowledge of conductor tension and mechanical equation and designs a system of conductor tension monitoring for transmission line.This system selects the C8051F120 SCM as the core processor,and the type of QP-10 as the tension sensor to realize the function of real-time monitoring and real-time transmission of parameters.Through testing the application of this system,it is proved that the design scheme of the system meets the requirements of development.The following is the main results of this dissertation:(1)This dissertation designs a system of conductor tension monitoring for transmission line,which selects C8051F120 SCM as the core processor,and selects the type of QP-10 as the tension sensor.(2)This dissertation selects the GPRS DTU wireless transmission module,which is not only make up for the lack of wired transmission,but also improve the accuracy and real-time data transmission.(3)This dissertation uses dynamic cryptography.If the user need to visit another function of the system after finishing one visit.It is need to re-enter the password which will be automatically sent to a user bound cell phone after the user’s application.This design improves system security. |
