Manufacturers and wind power enterprises have gradually shifted their attention from fan equipment design selection to the operation performance of wind turbines,with the large-scale construction of wind farms and a growing number of wind power projects put into operation. The performance of wind turbines is mainly evaluated by the power curve. If the curve of wind turbine's actual operation power is above the standard power curve based on design, the machines will be running overloaded and life expectancy will be affected. On the contrary, when the actual power curve lies below the standard power curve, power generation and ROI will be decreased.The thesis distinguished the standard power curve and the actual operation power curve and made it clear that standard power curve or the generator's given power curve is obtained only through static simulation of apparatus parameters and that wind turbine's actual operation power curve will be affected by weather,environmental conditions and the equipment itself, in different forms, at different stages. We further summarized causes of the wind turbine's actual operation power curve deviation, by analyzing two factors:different operation situations and the reliability of statistics.The thesis then raised the method to correct the actual operation power curve by confirming different machine types and master control program parameters, blade angle zero setting and signal calibration. It raised other analyzing and solving methods of the actual operation power curve problem, by control system parametric analysis, gear ratio examination of gear boxes, and preliminary analysis of mechanical losses. It illustrated the problem of some site power curve from the perspectives of unreasonable date and load limit, and finally concluded the correction and optimization met lots of the actual operation power cure deviation.Specifically, the thesis verified the effectiveness of the proposed method by optimizing the actual operation power curves of the wind power generators in Yimashan and Changshoushan wind farms of Longyua, Guodian Power.
