Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of domestic construction projects,research on project management mode has gradually become a hot topic.EPC project management mode,which is popular in the field of foreign engineering construction,has been paid more and more attention by domestic construction subjects.EPC is a management mode of project general contracting.Cost management is an important part of EPC.It plays an important role in cost control during project construction and the accomplishment of expected profit target.The main problem facing the social development today is the energy problem.The pollution problem caused by the over-exploitation of energy and the insufficiency of energy supply have become the main obstacles to social development.In view of the increasingly serious problem of energy supply,all countries in the world have put the development and utilization of new energy and renewable energy on the agenda.In this context,solar photothermal power generation has been developing rapidly in the construction of energy projects in China,so it is particularly important to study the cost management of EPC project of solar thermal power station.This paper chooses X Design Institute as the research object,based on the related management theory of engineering and project cost management,and referring to the related research of predecessors,through the research and analysis of cost management status of GH solar thermal power EPC project in the process of project establishment,investment decision-making stage,procurement stage,construction stage and settlement stage,tries to analyze GH solar thermal power EPC project.Based on the actual situation of project cost management,this paper explores the problems of cost management in the process of practice,and analyses the problems in four aspects: organizational structure,human resources,performance appraisal,project management system and process.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and combining with the characteristics of X Design Institute,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions for cost management of GH solar thermal power EPC project,optimizes the organizational framework,establishes talent training system,optimizes human resources,gradually establishes EPC responsibility cost system,perfects performance appraisal system,perfects the cost management system and process at each stage of project implementation,so as to provide future EPC projects.Provide reference.Relevant conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)Organization is an important guarantee to achieve the system objectives.(2)Management activities can not be separated from the implementation of human beings.Enterprises should emphasize the principle of "people-oriented" for management concepts.(3)Target cost is the core of responsibility cost and responsibility cost management is the way to control EPC project cost management,which can greatly improve management efficiency.(4)For the formulation of management system and process in each stage,we should refine and improve the practical feasibility,so that the project can reduce costs and expenditure as a whole,and improve economic benefits.
