| The gradual improvement of China’s power market has enabled power companies to continuously optimize their management models under the requirements of the market,with the goal of staying in an advantageous position in the fierce power market competition.In the economic activities of enterprises,the content that plays a fundamental role is cost,which is the main factor for enterprises to achieve long-term profits.Therefore,if enterprises want to gain profits based on the current situation,they should strengthen cost control by means of refinement and value chain,so as to maximize the role of cost control for the operation and creation of enterprises.Managers of thermal power enterprises should learn the theory and method of cost control,combine the actual situation of enterprise development,combine theory with practice,formulate scientific and effective cost control scheme,and realize the maximum profit of enterprises.Starting from the relevant background and concepts,this article takes Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant as an example to deeply analyze its current cost management status and existing problems,points out that it represents the status quo of Chinese thermal power generation companies,and formulates a series of optimization measures based on theoretical analysis.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)Implement cost fine management,establish a sound budget system,budget management for each cost of thermal power generation,and achieve the refinement of cost management: establish and optimize the performance index assessment system,determine the work objectives,and fulfill the assessment and supervision.(2)The integration of fuel operation chain starts from the optimization and improvement of transportation links,storage management and improvement of coal blending efficiency,and integrates coal related operation chain through intelligent coal management system to improve efficiency and reduce fuel cost.(3)Optimization of depreciation cost management,through the adjustment of depreciation period and the selection of depreciation method,has a positive significance for the enterprise power generation cost management.(4)To improve the utilization efficiency of the four cost units,for the thermal power generation enterprises after putting into operation,optimizing unit maintenance and overhaul management,carrying out operation index competition,establishing power generation cost model,optimizing procurement management,and standardizing management cost are important means to reduce power generation cost.(5)To achieve sustainable efficiency operation,through increasing publicity,raising awareness,creating an atmosphere of efficiency operation,establishing a normal mechanism to realize continuous efficiency operation,implementing heating transformation and coal-fired coupling sludge power generation,increasing considerable income from electricity sales,implementing deep peak load regulation and capacity expansion transformation of units,and further reducing energy consumption indicators.(6)Optimize the structure of talents,increase the development of talents,promote the strengthening of enterprises by talents,promote the incentive of talents,improve the enthusiasm of employees,and finally reduce the cost of thermal power enterprises. |
