Hull block construction is a key technology of the modern enterprise shipbuilding,and the rationality and punctuality of scheduling sequences of products will directly affect the continuity and controllability of the assembly manufacturing system.In Hull block assembly process,sequences of block products is a very important issue,which will directly affect production efficiency and product quality assembly line.This dissertation studies further two kinds of typical sequencing problems based on the panel block assembly line and the multiple assembly line.To begin with,described the specific assembly process of the panel block line in detail,firstly,a sequencing model is established.Then the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is given for Multi-objective optimization,which is evaluated through calculating the example.The method of modified closeness degree is provided for Multi-objective Decision-making Problem,and the calculation procedure is given in detail.Through calculating the example,the algorithm and sequencing model proves effective in practice.Secondly,taking into account the influence of the total idle-overload time and setup time,the model of mixed product complexity is established.Compared with the delivery loss,Multi-object hierarchical optimization is given to optimize this model,and the results were evaluated.Thirdly,for the multiple assembly line,the mathematical model to minimize the completion time is established,which is optimized in the example of Multi-workshop block construction by improved particle swarm algorithm.Compared with the completion time of the Original job scheduling,the results of Optimization significantly is better in this paper.Then,taking into account the dynamic uncertainty of the manufacturing system,the minimizing completion time model is established for the processing of emergency parts.Through calculating,the results indicated that the emergency parts are finished in the shortest time.Finally,by applying object oriented technology,this thesis realized the sequencing optimization system of the mixed-model assembly lines on the vb6.0 programming environment.Through calculating the example for hull block manufacturing,the system is proved effective in practice,which can calculate the sequencing optimization,and output the visualization results(optimization time,optimization curve and job tasks gantt).
