With the advent of the era of international circulation,national boundaries in the economic field are increasingly blurred,and multinational enterprises have become a prominent manifestation of the current world economy and one of the signs of a count ry's economic development.The number of foreign enterprises investing and building factories in China has increased dramatically,bringing not only various resources and jobs,but also advanced enterprise management experience.Good salary design can en able employees to conduct healthy competition in a good salary atmosphere.Employe es can combine the overall goal of the enterprise with their value realization,give full play to their potential,stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative,and ensure the realizat ion of the strategic goal of enterprise economic development.This paper takes the des ign of compensation management of foreign-funded enterprises as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature collection,data research,questionnaire survey and case analysis to analyze the design of compensation system of WX Colfax method.First of all,relevant theoretical researches at home and abroad are sort ed out and expounded.As the theoretical guidance of the paper,case materials require d for writing are collected,summarized,sorted and accumulated through data collecti on.Then,the current situation of WX Colfax method's salary management was analyz ed,and the salary system optimization was compared before and after.The main probl ems were explored through questionnaire survey,and strategies and Suggestions were proposed.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is formed to summarize the success of WX Colfax method in salary management and the aspects that need to be improved,s o as to provide reference for Chinese enterprises in salary management and valuable reference for relevant foreign enterprises.The research proves that the compensation m anagement of foreign-funded enterprises has an advanced mode in attracting,retaining,developing potential and motivating employees,and has unique features in the design of the compensation system,which is worth our in-depth research.
