Study On The Layout Planning Of Gas Station And LNG Filling Station In Zhoushan City

With the rapid development of the automobile industry,gas stations have increasingly become one of the necessary application scenarios for residents' lives.They are the key link for car driving and the basic components of urban production and development.At a certain level,the layout of urban gas stations has a huge impact on the overall planning and image of a city.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the factors affecting the layout of urban gas stations and LNG refueling stations.Based on the basic principles of the layout of gas stations and LNG refueling stations,this paper analyzes the current situation of gas stations in China through relevant data surveys.Problems and loopholes in the planning,approval,supervision,and management of LNG refueling stations,combined with existing theories,linking theory with practical problems,from the aspects of investment characteristics,service objects,production safety,equipment characteristics,etc.The planning and layout of the LNG filling station was systematically studied and analyzed.Firstly,based on the layout principles of gas stations and LNG filling stations,combined with relevant influencing factors,this paper determines the relationship between scale and economic relationship and user consumption,and builds a multi-target constrained gas station scale and Quantity allocation model.Then,taking Zhoushan City as an example,through the in-depth analysis of its road traffic planning,automobile user distribution,etc.,combined with the gas station and LNG filling station layout model for empirical analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward specific optimization and improvement suggestions from three aspects: formulating industry planning,improving management regulations,strengthening examination and approval,improving market system,optimizing incentive mechanism and innovative development mode.It is hoped that the research and analysis made in this paper can promote the further development of the layout optimization of Zhoushan gas station and LNG filling station to a certain extent.
