Electric vehicles has the advantages of zero-emission,pollution-free energy,less power,high energy efficiency,so electric vehicles are now being greatly promoted and used in various countries around the world,and there must be abundant and easy to use charging stations in order to enter ordinary families.However at present,there is not a systematic and comprehensive theoretical method for charging station layout planning.Around the charging station construction is still in its designated demonstration stage,and electric vehicle charging station layout planning theory based on the integration of urban transportation,power grid,environmental land,cost and planning has not yet been established,which have seriously affected the use and promotion of electric vehicles.As a starting point,this paper studied the charging station layout planning method.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition,classification,charging mode characteristics of charging vehicles,and recommends the structure,function of the charging station,etc.,as well as states the relevant theories of charging station layout planning and scheme evaluation method,which provide strong theoretical support for the selection of charging station layout planning method.Secondly the essay employs three steps to finish measure of the total demand of charging stations: 1.Using weighted average method to combine elastic coefficient method and thousand holdings methods,then predicting the number of cars in the coming years by a combined model;2.Using proportion method to gain the predictive value of the electric vehicles ownership in the future according to the situation of electric vehicles development in planning revision and factors such as the government’s support;3.Determining the number of charging stations in the planning area according to the measurement value of the total demand of the vehicle.Then,the basic principles and setting requirements of the layout of charging stations are summarized,after charging demand areas are divided,the thesis studies the layout planning of charging station by the method of hierarchical progressive,defines the location condition of electric vehicle charging station from 6 factors of the transportation,electric power,environment,planning,land and so on,and the technical process of the preliminary site selection of charging station is given based on entropy weight fuzzy matter element method.The precise location model with the lowest total construction cost of charging stations is established and the final location and service area of the charging station is determined.Again,according to the precise layout of the establishment of the location model,the final construction plan is solved wit h hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm,and according to the charging station layout scheme,comprehensive evaluation is researched with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Finally,the model is verified in the practice of Nanan District planning,the results prove that the charging station layout planning method proposed in this paper have certain scientific and practical.
