The platform screen door system is an important part of the modern metro station equipment system.It completely separates the platform public area from the tunnel track area,which can effectively prevent passengers from falling into the track,improve the comfort of the passenger waiting environment,and also reduce operating energy consumption of air conditioning systems.With the increasing safety of subway transportation and the increasing quality of service,the platform screen door system has become an indispensable part of the subway construction,and will also be an important foundation for the future realization of Automatic Train Operation.In order to improve the efficiency and capacity of subway transportation,the running speed of the subway is gradually increased,and the corresponding platform screen door system is also subjected to higher and higher wind pressure,which puts higher requirements to the structural strength of the platform screen door system.In view of the operational requirements of high wind pressure,combined with the actual project,this paper has carried out several researches on the platform screen door system.Firstly,according to the existing platform screen door structure,the force of the platform screen door system frame is analyzed and the mechanical model is established.Through the theoretical analysis of material mechanics,the strength and stiffness of the door beam and column of the main load bearing component are calculated.According to this,the door beam,the column and the door frame were designed and improved.Secondly,the ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to analyze and verify the improved design of platform screen door system.Under three different working conditions,the maximum deformation of the platform screen door system is calculated,which meets the design requirements.In addition,through the strength calculation and iterations,optimize the materials and structures,and the overall strength of the platform screen door system meets the design requirements.Research work in this paper have guiding significance for the design of the platform screen door system under high wind pressure conditions,and it has some reference value for the research of other related door system projects.
