Design And Implementation Of Railway Engineering Safety Prevention And Control Management System

In China,traditional institutional constraints and intercom communication technology have always been two main means for the safety management of railway maintenance site construction and the safety control of driving,which are difficult to monitor the real-time operation processes effectively.However,in order to achieve the orderly management,scientific management and modern management of the safety production in the railway engineering system,we must strengthen the monitoring of various risk items affecting the management safety production processes.With the rapid development of railway informationization,it is of great value to monitor the on-site operation process,ensure the safety of on-site work and traffic,and improve the safety management level of railway maintenance site by mastering the information of the railway maintenance construction section instantly and accurately.In this thesis,based on the internet information management technology,railway safety prevention and control management system was developed and designed in view of the problems about the safety management of railway maintenance and the safety management of traffic to strengthen the safety protection of railway maintenance on site,The main study contents of the thesis are as follows:1.The research background and current situation of the safety management system of railway maintenance are introduced in detail,the main objectives and contents of the system research are formulated according to the actual safety management requirements of the on-site railway maintenance,and the research technical route of this paper is designed.2.Three main technologies(B/S structure design,WebGIS map development technology,Google Maps programming API technology)needed in the informationalized construction of railway maintenance safety management are introduced.Meanwhile,their meanings and main functions are analyzed.3.Combining with the current status of railway maintenance safety management,the design principles of railway engineering safety prevention and control management system are put forward,the system development environment is clarified,and the main functions,structural modules and expected effects of the railway maintenance safety management system are designed.4.The main functions of safety management system of railway maintenance are introduced and tested by a railway bureau in China to verify its applicability and reliability.The safety prevention and control measures system of railway engineering developed in this thesis has been successfully utilized in a railway bureau in China.It has achieved great application results in rainfall monitoring,rail temperature monitoring,derailment monitoring,operation monitoring,etc.It is of great significance to control the informationization,intelligence and networked management.
