The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.Under the guidelines of green building and large energy saving and emission reduction,it is important to reduce the cost and energy consumption of building industrialization in the future.Therefore,optimizing production capacity,green building is of great significance for exploring energy saving in building industrialization.Based on the existing research on the statistical methods of carbon emission,this paper proposes a new calculation method and calculation model,which is applied to the actual buildings for energy efficiency analysis and calculation.This model generate a complete set of different types of low-carbon carbon Emission-related data,which provides reference and guidance for the energy-saving emission reduction of low-carbon buildings in the future construction process.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Mainly introduce the types of greenhouse gases,relevant factors and concepts of carbon emissions,followed by the principle of calculation of construction carbon emissions,construction of carbon emissions calculation,assembly Characteristics of building style,carbon emission inventories and the construction of calculation model.(2)Taking Tianchi Youth Apartment as the research object,the paper mainly focuses on the related calculation of carbon emission,including the determination of carbon emission factors in each stage.Studies have found that carbon emissions from cement,concrete,blocks and steel are the highest.Studies also analyze the transportation carbon emission-related parameters to determine the assembly and construction of carbon emission-related parameters.And further comparing with different construction methods to analyze the impact of carbon emissions put forward measures to reduce on-site construction carbon emissions.(3)Based on the steel structure and the prefabricated building with wood structure as the research object,the unit value of the three kinds of prefabricated structures is calculated.It is found that the carbon emission per unit area of the different structures varies greatly,from high to low Followed by reinforced concrete,steel structure,wood structure.Finally,a series of measures are put forward for the reduction of carbon emissions during the construction stage and the operation and use of buildings.
