Study On Construction Quality Management Of Building Construction

Under the guidance and drive of the national construction industry modernization series policy,China's building industrialized production technology and industrial development pattern have been rapidly upgraded,and the integrated,information-based and intelligent construction system has been rapidly improved and developed.People's requirements for construction are also more refined,so the requirements for construction quality are also increasing.In the context of industrialization and intelligence in the construction industry,if construction companies want to remain competitive,they must improve construction quality and achieve sustainable development.For a long time,construction quality problems have occurred frequently,causing huge losses to state property and people's lives and property.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to strengthen the quality management of construction projects.Firstly,this paper expounds the theory of quality and quality management,and then discusses the quality control methods,including seven traditional methods and seven new methods,which provide a useful tool for engineering quality management.Then it analyses the characteristics of quality management of construction engineering,and considers that there are many influencing factors,great quality fluctuation,concealment of quality management,limitation of final inspection and so on.It isadhere to the quality management should follow the principles of people-oriented quality first,prevention-oriented quality assurance and management core as project team members.Finally,it concludes that the main factors affecting the construction quality of construction projects are human,machinery,materials,technology and environment.In this paper,a building project is taken as the research object.In view of the common problems encountered in the quality management of construction projects,such as formwork and concrete problems.Through statistical calculation of field data,the quality of formwork acceptance is judged by the arrangement chart method in the new method of quality control.Then,the causal chart method is used to find out the key causes leading to the of concrete components.Find out the primare quality problems and put them in numerical order.,and Find out the key causer of these problems.It proposes quality management measures from five aspects: management and control of human factors,management and control of mechanical equipment,quality management and control of materials,management and control of construction methods,and management and control of environmental factors.By adopting quality control methods and implementing specific quality management measures.The quality of the project has been improved,and the scientific and operability of the quality management method has been verified.The effecttiveness of quality improvement measures is verified.It provides a reference for the construction enterprises to deal with similar quality problems,and has played a certain role in promoting the application of quality management methods.
