| Railway shunting accidents could break the track,derail,or damage,and enter the route of the train being received and dispatched,especially happened in the mainline or throat area.It will interfere with normal railway transportation operation and cause equipment damage and property loss.To investigate railway transportation shunting accident and then propose solutions,this thesis uses the grey system theory method to establish a forecasting model for the development status of coaching shunting accidents,based on the case of transportation shunting responsibility accidents from 2007 to 2017.The author use MATLAB to achieve gray forecasting and test model accuracy.And the author regards MATLAB method as a determined factor to enforce the safety management of train shutting.Based on analysis of the person who is responsible for every accident cases in 2017,the authors established a safety analysis a tree model for shunting accident and reversed it to find out the main causes of the accidents and the general rules.Moreover,the author puts forward countermeasures to eliminate violations of work discipline and labor discipline of shunting by analyzing the structural importance of the shunting accident tree,combining with the summary of the violations of work discipline and labor discipline based on the accident cases.The existing circumstances and causes of the accident are based on field operating persons,managers,and security inspectors,and.Finally,according to the analysis of shunting accident trees and violations of work discipline and labor discipline in shunting operations and with the consideration of the factors,comprehensive personnel,equipment,environment,management,etc.This thesis proposed solutions for accentuating shunting safety from the system perspective. |
